Conceptional graphic and fashion design. Engagement with design, history, philosophy, psychology and aesthetics. Development of collections based on mind maps, mood boards, media and art. Fashion designs, collages, figurines and technical drawings. Historical classification of styles and shapes - whose transfer in the present. Development of pattern-construction, drapery and prints both analog and digital (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). Working with confection and body measurements.
High grasp. Fast and accurate operation. Traditional and autodidactic learning. Courage to try out new. Attention to detail and high expectations. Constant questioning of idea and concept. Trenchant elaboration of silhouettes and details. Reduction. Criticism and willingness to innovate. An interdisciplinary education between art and design (Academy Burg Giebichenstein).
